How much does SmartFence cost?
SmartFence starts at US$149 per month for US businesses, or CA$199 per month for Canadian businesses. This is introductory pricing for early customers, who lock in this rate. It includes one headquarters and one service area. Additional service areas are US$35 / CA$49 per month each, and additional brands are US$50 / CA$69 per month. There are no setup fees for the core platform.
What currency will I be billed in?
US businesses are billed in US dollars and Canadian businesses are billed in Canadian dollars. Prices are fixed in each currency, not converted at daily exchange rates. Canadian prices are plus applicable GST/HST.
Do you charge per lead, per estimate, or a percentage of sales?
No. SmartFence is one flat monthly price. There are no per-lead fees, no per-estimate charges, no usage meters, and no percentage of your jobs or payments.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We believe in earning your business every month.
Who owns my lead data?
You do. Lead data, conversation transcripts, and estimator submissions collected through SmartFence remain your property. We process this data as a service provider and never sell it. You can export your leads as a CSV file at any time, including before you cancel.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover).
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees for the core SmartFence platform. Setup fees only apply to optional website packages.
Can I add multiple service areas or brands?
Yes. Additional service areas are US$35 / CA$49 per month each, and additional brands are US$50 / CA$69 per month. All are managed under a single login with a unified lead dashboard.
